SUPREME COURT

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal and Civil Business, will be held on the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on Monday, the 5th day of June next, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given, that the Civil Cases will not be called on for trial until Tuesday, the 13th day of June, at ten o'clock in the forenoon.

IMPOUNDED

IMPOUNDED on the 17th day of May, by Alexander Annan, Flag Swamp: one red Cow, white belly, branded like HH (conjoined) on off rump; one brown and white spotted Calf, no visible brand; one red Heifer, branded R or B on off rump, a little white on belly; owners unknown; for trespassing on paddock at Hawksbury; for which 5s. each damages are claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Hawksbury, on Friday, the 9th day of June, 1871, at twelve o'clock noon.--Arch. VALENTINE, Poundkeeper of the Hawksbury Pound.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

The Partnership at one time existing between Andrew Hyslop and Joseph Wright, as joiners and builders, was dissolved by mutual consent on the second day of May, 1871.

LOST.--Β£2 Reward. Strayed from Healey's Station, West Taieri, on the 26th December, a light bay Mare, branded T on off shoulder. Any person delivering the same to J. Stewart, North Taieri, will receive the above reward.
