MPOUNDED on the 22nd day of March, 1871, by Daniel Hanlon, farmer, Wai Keri Valley, Clyde: a dark chestnut Mare, blaze, near hind foot white, B C near shoulder; owner unknown; for trespassing on farm, and destroying crops, and breaking fences; for which four shillings damages are claimed; and in default of being released, the above Mare will be sold at the Public Pound at Leaning Rock, Clyde, on Friday, the 21st day of April, 1871, at twelve o’clock noon.—WILLIAM WILLIAMS, Poundkeeper of the Leaning Rock (Clyde) Pound.
