CITY OF DUNEDIN.—Public notice is hereby given
that the nomination of Candidates for election to
the office of Councillor for Bell Ward (such office being
hereby declared vacant, owing to the retirement of Mr.
F. P. Mansfield) will be declared on Monday, the 27th
February instant, at the Terrace of the Provincial
Government Chambers, at the hour of noon.
Nominations must be in form of Schedule D,
"Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance 1865," and
be lodged at the office of the Town Clerk, Princes
street, where blank forms may be had, on or before noon
of the day herein fixed for the declaration.

NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which
has for some time past existed between John Ross, Robert Glendining, and Thomas Septimus Harrison,
under the style or firm of “Ross and Glendining,” in
Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, as Merchants and
Warehousemen, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, as regards the said Thomas Septimus Harrison.
The said John Ross and Robert Glendining will
continue the said business under the said co-partnership style, and they will receive all debts due to and pay all
debts due by the late firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the
Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal and
Civil business, will be held at the Supreme Court-House, Dunedin, on Monday, the Sixth day of
March next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon,
at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby further given, that the Civil Cases
will not be called on for Trial until Tuesday the
