CITY OF DUNEDIN.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nomination of Candidates for Election to the Office of Councillor for Bell Ward, in room of Mr Benjamin Bagley, ousted from office, will be declared on Thursday, the 6th day of October instant, at the Terrace of the Provincial Council Chambers, at the hour of noon.

Nominations must be in form of Schedule D, β€œOtago Municipal Corporations Ordinance 1865,” and be lodged at the Office of the Town Clerk, Princes street, where blank forms may be had on or before noon of the day herein fixed for the declaration.
