CITY OF DUNEDIN.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nomination of Candidate for Election to the Office of Councillor for Bell Ward, in room of Mr Benjamin Bagley, resigned, will be declared on Monday, the 26th day of September instant, at the Terrace of the Provincial Chambers, at the hour of noon.
Nominations must be in form of Schedule D, βOtago Municipal Corporations Ordinance 1865,β and be lodged at the Office of the Town Clerk, Princes street, where blank forms may be had on or before noon of the day herein fixed for the declaration.
