NOTICE.—The Warepa Local Board Road Trustees hereby give notice to all whom it may concern that unless the Road Rates in arrear be paid in on or before 1st prox., legal proceedings will be immediately instituted without any further notice whatever.—T. M’Auley, Totara, one red and white Bullock, branded JC off rump, rope and swivel on the neck; red and white Bullock, like JC off rump; strawberry Heifer, red neck, fork out near ear, no visible brands, calf at foot; for trespassing on fenced land; and in default of being released, the above Cattle will be sold at the Public Pound, Oamaru, on Friday the 26th day of August, 1870, at 12 o’clock noon.—Fred. IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in this behalf enabling me, I, Sir George Ferguson Bowen, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that Sittings of the District Court of the Otago Gold Fields, additional to those already appointed, shall be held as follows:
