NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.—The Partnership in the business of Flax-dressing carried on by Stephen Tubman and Arthur Hassell, at Otakia, under the style of Tubman and Co., is dissolved by consent. Mr. Stephen Tubman is alone authorised to receive all monies due to the late firm, and all co-partnership debts will be paid by him.

Owners unknown. For trespassing on private property at Kakanui. IMPOUNDED on the 16th day of July, 1870, by John Sydey, Corstorphine, one spotted Cow, branded S near rump, and indistinctly branded off rump; owner unknown—lately belonged to P. Brady, St. Kilda; for trespassing on paddock, Corstorphine; for which no damages are claimed; and in default of being released, the above Cow will be sold at the Public Pound at Caversham, on Friday, 12th day of August, 1870, at 12 o’clock noon.—JOHN ANDERSON, Poundkeeper of the Caversham Pound.

IMPOUNDED, by Mr. Irving, Ranger, on the 20th July, one red and white Steer, branded CH near rump; and, if not released, will be sold at the Public Pound, Tokomairiro, on Friday, the 12th August, 1870, at 12 o’clock noon.—JAMES GOODALL, Poundkeeper.

IMPOUNDED on the 20th July, 1870, by Sergt. Bullen, one brown Horse, no visible brand, owner unknown, for wandering on the public street; and, in default of being released, will be sold on the 12th August, at 12 o’clock noon, at the Public Pound, Balclutha.—GEO. BAIN, Poundkeeper.
