NOTICE.—Dissolution of Partnership
Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore existing between Henry Driver and John Maclean, of Dunedin, New Zealand, Stock and Station Agents and Wool Brokers, under the style or firm of Driver, Maclean and Co., has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All the copartnership assets will be realised and received, and the liabilities thereof paid by the undersigned for Driver, Maclean and Co. (in liquidation), and a portion of the offices occupied by the late firm in High street, Dunedin, will be retained for that purpose.
And notice is hereby further given, by the said John Maclean, that he has this day disposed of his interest in the Goodwill of the Stock, Station, and Commission Agency business hitherto carried on by Driver, Maclean and Co., to Henry Driver (his late partner), Charles Stewart, and Hugh John Maclean.
