Stolen or strayed, from Hyde Bay-Mare, branded HM near shoulder, white feet, blaze on face. Also, dark, or dun colored, fifty feet; one white hind foot and one white fore foot, about 20 months old; same brand as mare. Mare supposed to be in foal when lost. Apply, Hugh M'Allery, Hyde.

Impounded on the 16th day of June, 1870, by Constable L. Lauder, one red and white cow, branded W near rump, and W over H off shoulder; one red and white strawberry pody, no visible brand; also two red cows, one pely; no visible brands; owner unknown, for trespassing on Queen street; and, in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at South Dunedin on Friday, the 8th day of July, 1870; at 12 o'clock noon. — John Bana, Poundkeeper of the South Dunedin Pound.
Impounded on the 19th June, by Peter M'Gill, Esq., two bay mares, one branded L C and like cross keys underneath near shoulder, both hind feet white; one branded R near shoulder, with black points; for which £6 damages on each is claimed; and if not released will be sold at the Public Pound, Toko-mairiro, on Friday the 8th July, 1870; at 12 o'clock noon. — James Goodall, Poundkeeper, Toko-mairiro.
