SECTION 20, Block II, Tuapeka District, having
been applied for by more than one applicant on
the same day, notice is hereby given that it will be
offered for sale by public auction, in terms of the 37th
clause of the Otago Waste Land Act, 1866, at the
Survey Office, Lawrence, on Monday the 25th day of
July next, at noon, at the upset price of £1 per acre.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the auction sale of
the Township of Tapanui is postponed till Thurs
day the 14th July, 1870, at noon.
