Having been applied for by more than one applicant on the same day, notice is hereby given that it will be offered for sale by public auction, in terms of the 37th clause of the Otago Waste Land Act, 1866, at the Survey Office, Lawrence, on Monday the 25th day of July next, at noon, at the upset price of £1 per acre.

Notice is hereby given, that the auction sale of the Township of Waikaia, previously advertised to take place on Tuesday the 12th of next month, is postponed till Thursday the 14th, at noon.

The Education Reserves in the Township of Palmerston, not already disposed of, will be leased by auction at Palmerston, upon Monday, July 11, 1870, immediately after the sale of Crown Lands. For further information apply to JOHN HISLOP, Secretary.
