NOTICE is hereby given, that Regulations entitled “Regulations, &c. of Buildings,” and made under the authority of subdivision 1, part V, schedule XIII of the “Municipal Corporations Act 1867,” were passed by the Council of the City of Dunedin, at an ordinary meeting held on Wednesday, the 13th day of April, 1870. Also, that a copy of the Regulations, as passed, is deposited for the inspection of any person interested therein, at the office of the City Council, Dunedin.

SUPREME COURT.—Notice is hereby given, that a sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil Business, will be holden at the Supreme Court-house, Dunedin, on Monday, the sixth day of June next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizance to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance. Notice is hereby further given, that the Civil Cases will not be called on for trial until Monday, the thirteenth day of June, at ten o’clock in the forenoon.

IMPOUNDED on the 17th day of May, 1870, by John McKellar, Esq., Tapanui Station: one Bay Mare, star on forehead, enlargement of near fore hoof, branded like XL, or RL near neck; owner unknown; for trespassing on Tapanui Station, for which £4 stg. damages are claimed, and in default of being released, the above mare will be sold at the Public Pound at Tapanui, on Friday, the 17th day of June, 1870, at 12 o’clock noon.—ALEX.
