All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 21a 0r 0p, more or less, being a road line situate in the Clutha Survey District: bounded on the east by blocks LXXV, LXXVI, LXXVII, LXXVIII, and section 7, block LXXX; and on the west by blocks LXXXIII, LXXXIV, LXXI, LXXII, and section 7, block LXXX, 35,000 links, more or less.

All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 3a 1r 11p, more or less, being a road line situate in the Clutha Survey District: bounded on the north by section 1, block LXXII, and sections 1 and 2, block LXXVIII; and on the south by sections 11 and 12, block LXXVII, and section 9, block LVII, 12,200 links, more or less.

No. 2.—Wairepa Road District.

1. Sixty-two chains in length, sixty links wide, from Block Road Line, between blocks forty-one and thirty-four, to District road on section two, block forty: Boundaries: north, section one and part of section two, block forty-one; south, section eleven and part of section twelve, block forty, Clutha Survey District.

2. Fourteen chains in length, sixty links wide. Boundaries: north, by part of section two, block forty-one; east, by new District Road; south-east, by part of section twelve, block forty; and west, by District Road, Clutha Survey District.

And eighty-six chains in length, sixty links wide, from Block Road Line, between blocks fifty-three and forty-six, to District Road on section one, block fifty-three. Boundaries: north, part of section two, block fifty-three; east, by new District Road; south, by part of section twelve, block forty-six, also by section eleven and part of twelve, block fifty-two; and west, by new District Road, Clutha Survey District.

3. Sixty-three chains in length, sixty links wide, from District Road on section two, block fifty-three, to Main South Road on section two, block sixty. Boundaries: north, part of section two, block fifty-three, section one and part of section two, block sixty; south, part of section twelve, block fifty-two, section eleven and part of section twelve, block fifty-nine, Clutha Survey District.

4. Fifty-two chains in length, sixty links wide, from Main South Road on section two, block sixty, to Main District Road on section one, block sixty-seven. 5. Eight chains in length, sixty links wide, from Main District Road on section one, block sixty-seven, to Main South Road on section two, block sixty-seven. 6. Seventy-four chains in length, sixty links wide, from Main South Road on section two, block seventy-five, to Main District Road to Port Molyneux, on section two, block eighty-three. Boundaries: north, part of section two, block seventy-five, section one and part of section two, block eighty-three; south, part of section twelve, block seventy-four, section eleven and part of section twelve, block eighty-two, Clutha Survey District.

7. Thirty-three chains in length, sixty links wide, from District Road on section one, block seventy-four, to Main District Road on section two, block seventy-four. Boundaries: north, section one, block seventy-four; south, part of section eleven, block seventy-three, Clutha Survey District.

8. One chain fifty links in length, sixty links wide, from Block Road Line, between blocks seventy-four and sixty-six, to District Road on section one, block seventy-four. Boundaries: north, part of section one, block seventy-four; south, part of section eleven, block seventy-three, Clutha Survey District.

9. Twenty-two chains in length, sixty links wide, from Block Road Line, between blocks forty-five and thirty-nine, to District Road on section one, block forty-five. Boundaries: north, part of section one, block forty-five; south, part of section eleven, block forty-four.

10. One hundred and sixty-six chains in length, sixty links wide, from Block Road Line, between blocks fifty-one and fifty-eight, to new District Road, on section 1, block seventy-three. Boundaries: north, by blocks fifty-eight and sixty-five, and part of section 1, block seventy-three; east, by a road line; south, by section 1, block seventy-three; west, by section 1, block seventy-three.

I, JAMES MACANDREW, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, do, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in the Superintendent of the Province of Otago in this behalf by the “Roads Diversion Ordinance (No. 2) 1865,” and of the powers vested in me as Superintendent of the Province of Otago, hereby proclaim and declare that all those roads and all those portions of roads in the Province of Otago, mentioned and referred to in the said “Roads Diversion Ordinance (No. 2) 1865,” and particularly described in the Schedule hereto, shall, from and after the day of the date hereof, cease to be public roads or thoroughfares, and shall no longer form part of the public roads in the several Road Districts in the Province of Otago, mentioned in the Schedule to the said Ordinance annexed.
