IMPOUNDED on the 17th day of March, 1870, by Captain M’Kenzie, Glenkenich Station: 1 brown mare, branded C R near shoulder, and like S J on off back; owner unknown; for trespassing on Glenkenich Station, for which no damage is claimed, and in default of being released, the above mare will be sold at the Public Pound at Tapanui, on Friday, the 29th day of April, 1870, at 12 o’clock noon.—Alexander M’Gregor, Poundkeeper of the Glenkenich Pound.


IMPOUNDED on the 1st day of April, 1870, by Mr. James Young, Blueskin: one strawberry steer, indistinct brand on the near rump; owner unknown; for trespassing on Mr. J. Young’s paddock, for which sixpence is claimed, and in default of being released, the above steer will be sold at the Public Pound at Blueskin, on Friday, the 29th day of April, 1870, at 12 o’clock noon.—J. Green, Poundkeeper of the Blueskin Pound.


FENCING ORDINANCE—Just published—price 6d. The usual allowance to the Trade, taking not less than twelve.

OLD FIELDS—Just Published, Price 2s. (the usual allowance to the Trade on taking not less than twelve). Pamphlet containing Regulations of the Otago Gold Fields, Gold Mining Leases Regulations, Agricultural Leases Regulations, Rules for Regulating Proceedings and Practice of Wardens’ Courts, the Gold Fields Act 1866, the Gold Mining Claim Drainage Act 1868, and the Gold Fields Act Amendment Act 1869. If sent by Post, the following extra charges will be made: for one copy, 3d; two, 1s 4d; three, also 1s 4d; four, 2s; five, 2s 8d; six, also 2s 8d; seven, 3s 4d; eight, 4s; nine, also 4s. Nine is the largest quantity allowed by Postal Regulations in one parcel. Pamphlet may be had from Provincial Government Storekeeper, Dunedin.

Licensing (Publicans’) Ordinance, price 1s.
