DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
Notice is hereby given, that the partnership hitherto subsisting between Michael Hagan and John Blakely of Black’s No. 1, farmers, is hereby dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to the said partnership firm will be paid to Michael Hagan.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
Notice is hereby given, that the partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, as Carriers, carrying on business in Oamaru, under the name of “Hunt Brothers,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due by the late firm will be paid by Wm. Hunt, and all persons indebted to the late firm are requested to pay the amounts due by them to Wm. Hunt, whose receipt will be sufficient.

NOTICE.—The precept authorising the collection of a highway rate of 6d. per acre, throughout the Deborah Bay Road District, for the year ending June, 1870, having been issued; Ratepayers are requested to pay the amount of their rates to me, on or before the 7th April, 1870.—GEO. IMPOUNDED on the 21st day of March, 1870, by Richard Nelmes for Cranbourne Road Board: one brown mare, branded C on off shoulder, star and snip, off hind foot white; one brown mare, branded like cross within circle and anchor on near shoulder, star on forehead; owners unknown; for trespassing on Cranbourne District Roads, for which 5s. each damages are and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Hawksbury, on Friday, the 22nd day of April, 1870, at 12 o’clock noon.—ARTH. CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF DUNEDIN.
By-law No. VI. of the Council of the City of Dunedin, made under Part 13 of the “Municipal Corporations Act 1867.”
REGULATIONS, &c. OF BUILDINGS.
In pursuance of the powers and provisions contained in Section 181, Part 13 of the “Municipal Corporations Act 1867,” the Council of the City of Dunedin enacts as follows, that is to say—
Sub-divisions 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, Part V. of the 13th Schedule to the said Act, are hereby adopted in and for the said City of Dunedin and for and on behalf of the said Corporation.
**In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in this behalf enabling me, I, Sir George Ferguson Bowen, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that Sittings of the District Court of the Otago Gold Fields, additional to those already appointed, shall be held as follows—
In the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Lawrence, on the second Tuesday in June next.
In the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Naseby, on the second Wednesday in July next.
In the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Clyde, on the Monday next after the second Wednesday in July next.
In the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Queenstown, on the Monday next after the second Wednesday in July next.
As witness the hand of his Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy.
