CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF DUNEDIN.

Nomination of Councillor for Leith Ward, in room of Councillor Edward M’Glashan, resigned.

PUBLIC Notice is hereby given, that the Nomination of Candidates for Election to the Office of Councillor for Leith Ward, as above, will be declared on Monday, the 14th day of March instant, at the Terrace of the Provincial Council Chambers, at the hour of noon.

Nominations must be in the form of Schedule D of the “Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance 1865,” and be lodged at the Office of the Town Clerk, Princes Street, where blank forms may be had on or before noon of the day herein fixed for the declaration.

9th March, 1870.
