Contract No. 483:—Construction of Portion of the road “Palmerston to Ewe Burn” in Block I., Dunback District.

BELL HILL WORKS.

Tenders will be received at the Government Offices, Dunedin, until noon of Tuesday, 22nd March current, for Carting for six months, commencing 1st April, 1870.

Securities will require to sign a form, which may be obtained at the Gaol, and must be lodged with the tender for the due performance of the contract. Extent of security, £50 in all.

CORSTORPHINE.

No eligible tender having been received for the alterations to be done upon this road, the time for receiving tenders has been extended to Friday, the 11th inst.

PURAKAUNUI ROAD BOARD

TENDERS are invited by the Purakaunui Road Board for the following works:—

Contract No. 11. Being the Stumping and Forming about 35chs., more or less, of the Main District Road.

Contract No. 12. Being the Stumping and Forming about 32chs., more or less, of the road along Mopanui from its junction with the Port Chalmers and Blueskin road.

Intending contractors will be shown the works on Wednesday, March 23rd:—for the upper road, to meet at Mr. Sime’s, at 1 p.m.; for the main district road, at the house of the undersigned, at 3 p.m.
