NOTICE.
In pursuance of an order of His Honor Mr. Justice Ward, dated the seventh day of January, 1870, made under “The Trustees’ Relief Act 1862”: Notice is hereby given, that all persons who may have claims against the estate of the late James Clifford M’Guire of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, are directed to send in their claims to Mrs. Mary M’Guire of Dunedin, aforesaid, the sole executrix named in the will of the said James Clifford M’Guire, (to the care of the undersigned), within three months from the twenty-second day of January instant; And notice is hereby further given, that after the expiration of the said period of three months the said executrix, Mary M’Guire, will proceed to distribute the assets of the said James Clifford M’Guire amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the said executrix, Mary M’Guire, shall then have had notice.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
Notice is hereby given, that the partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, as Flaxdressers, carrying on business at Port Molyneux, under the name of the “Port Molyneux Flax Company,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to the late firm will be paid by Mr. James Paterson of Port Molyneux; and all persons indebted to the firm are requested forthwith to pay the amounts to Mr. Paterson, whose receipt will be a good discharge.
