I, the undersigned, James Campbell, hereby make application to Register the Otago Gold Mining Company (Registered) under the provisions of the “Mining Companies Limited Liability Act 1865;” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular.

The name and style of the Company is the Otago Gold Mining Company.

The place of operations is the Blue Spur, Gabriel’s Gully, Tuapeka, Province of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is four thousand eight hundred pounds sterling, in eight shares of six hundred pounds sterling each.

The amount already paid up is four thousand eight hundred pounds sterling.

The name of the manager is James Campbell.

The office of the Company is at Blue Spur, Gabriel’s Gully.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between John Reid, Edward Herbert, and George Forrest Reid, trading under the style of Reids & Herbert, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All accounts owing by the Firm will please be at once sent in for liquidation, and those indebted to the Firm will oblige us by a prompt settlement of their accounts.
