CITY OF DUNEDIN.

Court for the Revision of the Citizens’ Roll, year 1869-1870.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Court for the Revision of the Citizens’ Lists, year 1869-70, will sit at the City Council Chambers, Princes Street, on Monday, the twelfth day of July, 1869, at the hour of noon.

IMPOUNDED on the 4th inst., at Papakaio, by Mr. Rainforth, for which £2 damages is claimed, one strawberry Bull, with red on neck; no visible brand, and supposed to have strayed from the Round Hill. If the above is not released on or before the 27th July, it will be sold to defray expenses.

NOTICE.

IN pursuance of an order of His Honor Mr. Justice Ward, dated the twenty-second day of June, 1869, made under Section VII, of “The Trustees’ Relief Act 1862.” Notice is hereby given, that all persons who may have claims against the estate of the late PETER ALBERT HOPPER, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, are directed to send in their claims to Mr. Charles Henry Creeth, of Dunedin, aforesaid, the Executor named in the Will of the said Peter Albert Hopper, (to the care of the undersigned), within two months from the ninth day of July, 1869. And Notice is further given, that after the expiration of the said period of two months, the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Peter Albert Hopper amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the said Executor shall then have notice in manner provided by the said section.
