NOTICE TO APPLICANTS for UNSURVEYED LAND, under "Otago Waste Land Act, 1866."
It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that the Waste Land Board has declared them to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite to their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Dunedin, on or before Wednesday, the 31st day of March, 1869, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

AN APPLICATION having been received to purchase the undermentioned sections, Notice is hereby given that they will be sold under the 27th clause of the "Otago Waste Land Act 1866," to the present applicant, at the price affixed, unless application shall have been received before the 24th day of April next from other parties desirous of purchasing the said sections:—
Town of Outram, sections 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22, block viii, £5 each.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.—The Partnership hitherto existing between JOHN WESLEY JAGO and DAVID BLACKIE, as timber merchants, Dunedin, under the style of Jago and Co., has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to or by the late firm will be received or paid by John W. Jago.

Advertisements received after that hour will be charged 1s. per line. Any irregularity in the receipt of those Gazettes which are given gratis by the Government should be reported at once to the Provincial Secretary.
Subscriptions will be at the rate of £1 per annum or 5s. per quarter, payable in advance to the Publisher. Single copies of the Gazette not to exceed 6d. Subscriptions may commence at any time, but must terminate not later than 31st December, 1868.
