MUNICIPALITY OF CROMWELL.

I hereby give notice, in accordance with the provisions of clauses 82 and 85 of the "Otago Municipal Corporations’ Ordinance 1865," that the assessment of property, within the Municipality of Cromwell, has again been taken into consideration by the Town Council, with a view to ascertain as to its correctness, and after careful examination, by a full Council, they have again allowed it, as being a fair and just assessment. And I further give notice that the same is deposited, and may be daily inspected at my office, by any person interested therein, between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
