Pierce Power, of Dunedin, Esq.,
has resigned his appointment as a Sheep Inspector for the Province of Otago, and the resignation has been duly accepted.

NOTICE.-- In accordance with the "Depasturing Regulations 1868," it will be necessary for all parties depasturing stock on the Tuapeka, Waitahuna, Waipori, Beaumont, and Tuapeka Mouth Goldfields to make written application to the Receivers of Gold Revenue, Tuapeka and Lawrence, on or before the 25th instant, stating the number and description of stock, their brands, and the particular locality in which it is intended to depasture them.

Depasturing Licenses will be issued on the 1st prox., on payment of the assessment.
