NOTICE.
"Provincial Compulsory Lands Taking Act 1866."
NOTICE is hereby given that it is intended to introduce a Bill into the Provincial Council of the Province of Otago, at its next Session, authorising the Superintendent of the said Province of Otago to take compulsorily (for the purpose of completing a District Road in the Stoney Creek Road District) a portion of section 5, block iii, on the map of the North Tuakitoto District, and also portions of sections 1 and 2 of block viii, on the map of the said district.
And notice is hereby further given that a copy of the Bill so intended to be introduced as aforesaid may be inspected at the office of the Clerk of the said Provincial Council on and after the fourteenth day of March next ensuing the date hereof.

In conformity with the 29th section of "The Gold Fields Act 1866," it is hereby notified that it is intended to grant a Lease, for gold mining purposes, of Crown Lands to the undermentioned:
