SALE BY AUCTION of sections in block 40 and 41, Harbor Reclamation, Town of Dunedin.—Notice is hereby given that the following allotments of land will be offered for sale by Public Auction, in the Auction Rooms of Messrs. Young and Robertson, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 24th day of February next, at 12 o'clock at noon.

1 40 Contains 9.7 poles, and has a frontage of 66 feet to Bond street, and 40 feet 3 inches to Jetty street.
2 „ Contains 10 poles, and has a frontage of 66 feet to Crawford street, and 40 feet 11 inches to Jetty street.
