All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 14a. 2r. 8p., more or less; being a road line situate in the Dunedin and East Taieri and Taieri Survey Districts; bounded on the north-west by Section No. 14, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri; Section No. 49, Irregular Block, Taieri; Section No. 15, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri; and Sections numbered 12, 13, 14, 15, and part of 16, Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri, 14,300 links, more or less; and on the south-east by Section No. 14, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri; Section No. 42, Irregular Block, Taieri; Section No. 15, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri; and Sections numbered 6 and 7, a Bush Reserve; and Sections numbered 11, 25, and part of 26, Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri, 14,300 links, more or less.

All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 1a. 2p. 24p, more or less, being a road line situate in the Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; bounded on the north-east by a Bush Reserve, Block VII, 3,300 links, more or less; and on the south-west by Section No. 11, and portion of Section No. 10, Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri, 3,300 links, more or less.

All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 2a. 2r. 0p., more or less, being a road line situate in the Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; bounded on the north by Sections numbered 1 of 20, 2 of 20, and part of Section No. 21, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri, 5000 links, more or less, and on the south by Sections numbered 30 and 31, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri, 5000 links, more or less.
Plans to be seen at the School-house, Green Island.
Dated at Dunedin this twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

Now therefore His Honor James Macandrew, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Province of Otago, doth by virtue and in exercise of the powers delegated to the Executive Government of the Province of Otago in this behalf, hereby revoke the Regulation No. 21, so made by the said Order in Council of the said sixth day of October last past, and doth make the following Regulation in lieu thereof, (that is to say):-
DEPASTURING REGULATIONS.
Otago Gold Field.
- The Wakatip Depasturing District shall comprise all those two several areas described in the Schedule hereto, instead of the area described as the Wakatipu Depasturing District in the first Schedule to the said before-mentioned Regulations.
The Schedule above referred to.
All that area in the Province of Otago, comprising Runs numbered 16, 17, and 18, on the map of Wakatipu Pastoral District, and containing by admeasurement sixty thousand one hundred and eighty-nine (60,189) acres, more or less; bounded by a line proceeding in a southeasterly direction from the source of Alton Burn to the water-shed between Lochy River and Long Burn; thence by the water-shed of Long Burn to Symmetry Peak; and thence by the water-shed of Short Burn to the Wakatip Lake; thence in a northerly and westerly direction along the shore of the Wakatip Lake to a point north of Walter Peak; thence in a south-westerly direction by the ranges to the source of Alton Burn, the starting point.
Also, all that area bounded by a line proceeding in a westerly direction from the north-east corner of Run numbered 7 on the map of Runs in the Wakatipu District, along the northern boundary of the said run to the Shotover River; thence in a southerly direction along the said river to the right hand branch, and along the watershed of Skipper’s Creek to Stony Creek; thence in a westerly direction along the northern boundary of Run No. 6 to Run 346; thence in a southerly direction along the boundary of the said Run 346 and Lake Wakatipu to White Point; thence in an easterly direction along Lake Wakatipu and the Kawarau River to the western boundary of Run 340; and thence in a northerly direction along the boundary of Run 340 and the ranges forming the watershed between the Arrow and Motatapu Rivers to the north-east corner of Run No. 7, the starting point.

At the Provincial Government Buildings, Dunedin, the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

Members of the Executive Council of the Province of Otago, being also Members of the Provincial Council of the said Province.

WHEREAS by Proclamation, bearing date the twenty-third day of June last past, made by the Superintendent of the Province of Otago, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Province, and published in the Otago Provincial Government Gazette, No. 553, under the hand of the said Superintendent of the Province of Otago, and under the public seal of the said Province, certain Regulations were made for the depasturing of stock upon the Waste Lands of the Crown within the Otago Gold Field:
And whereas by an Order in Council, bearing date the sixth day of October last past, published in the said Otago Provincial Government Gazette, No. 574, the said Superintendent, with the advice and consent of the said Executive Council of the said Province, did thereby revoke certain of the said Regulations so made and published on the said twenty-third day of June last as aforesaid, and did make the Regulations therein contained in lieu thereof, and in addition to the said Regulations, so made and published as aforesaid:
And whereas it is expedient to revoke the Regulation No. 21, so made by the said Order in Council of the said sixth day of October last past, and to make another Regulation in lieu thereof—
His Honor the Superintendent directs it be notified that he has made the following appointments:—
Sergt. Thomas Ryan to be Gaoler at Waitahuna, vice Morkane, removed;
Constable James Morkane to be Gaoler at Switzer’s, vice MacMahon, transferred.

NOTICE TO APPLICANTS for UNSURVEYED LAND, under “Otago Waste Land Act 1866.”
—It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that the Waste Land Board has declared them to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite to their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Dunedin, on or before Wednesday, the 9th day of December, 1868, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn,
