Vincent Pyke, Esquire, J.P.,
to be Visiting Justice of the Gaol at Clyde.

The Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned John Gracie and James Gracie, as Farmers, at Saddle Hill, in the District of East Taieri, in the Province of Otago, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.

Notice is hereby given that a Declaration of Insolvency under "The Bankruptcy Act 1867," was this day filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Dunedin, that Joseph Martin, of Oamaru, in Province of Otago, Storekeeper, is unable to meet his engagements with his creditors.
Dated this sixteenth day of October, 1868.

Dissolution of Partnership.—Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Reany and Daniel Galvin Williams, as Livery Stable Proprietors at Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, under the firm of Reany and Williams, was, on the thirtieth day of September last, dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due to or by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Daniel Galvin Williams, who will in future carry on the said business.
As witness our hands, this 14th day of October, 1868.
