NOTICE is hereby given, that the Government have Cancelled the Gold Mining Lease Application of George Ludeman, Ballarat and Victorian Quartz Mining Company, for fourteen acres, 2 roods, 20 perches, Scandinavian Reef, Skipper’s Creek, and the said land is now open for application by holders of Miners’ Rights.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Government having cancelled the permission which was granted to the undermentioned persons under “The Gold Mining Lease Regulations” to Lease the portions of Land hereinafter described, the same is now open for occupation by holders of Miners’ Rights:
The application of John Quinn, Union Sluicing Company, for three acres of land, between New Chum Gully and Arrow River, Arrow District.
The application of Wilhelm Bringezu and party, the German Quartz Mining Company, for one acre and five perches of land, situate on German Reef, German Gully, Arrow River.
The application of James Cornish and party, Achilles Quartz Mining Company, for sixteen acres, two roods, four perches of land, situate at German Gully, about 2½ miles from Arrowtown.
The application of Edward Haughton and party, Ajax Quartz Mining Company, for sixteen acres, two roods, four perches of land, being Section 16, Block X, Shotover.
The application of Alexander Menzies and Robert Faulds Williamson, Caledonian Quartz Mining Company, for sixteen acres, two roods, four perches of land, situate at German Gully, Arrow River.
The application of John O’Callaghan and party, Ko-hi-noor Quartz Mining Company, for sixteen acres, two roods, and four perches of land, situate on German Reef, German Gully, Arrow River.
The application of James Cornish and party, the Cornish Quartz Mining Company, for sixteen acres and two roods of land, situate on the Crown Terrace and crossing German Gully, Arrow River.
The application of Robert Ormiston, Enniskillen Sluicing Company, for one acre, two roods, and thirty-three perches of land, situate at Cummins’ Terrace, Maori Point, Upper Shotover.
The application of James Wm. Robertson, Mount Aurum Company, for fourteen acres, three roods, two perches land, situate on Prince of Wales Reef, Mount Aurum, Skippers, Upper Shotover.
The application of Samuel Jones and party, Victoria Company, for six acres, one rood, and twenty-seven perches of land, situate at Molison’s Gully, Skippers, Upper Shotover.
The application of William M’Grath, Shamrock Quartz Mining Company, for sixteen acres and one rood of land, at Justin’s Reef, Butchers’ Gully, Upper Shotover.
The application of T. R. Hacket, the Crestis Reef Mining Company, for thirteen acres, one rood, and nine perches of land, situate at Scandinavian Reef, Skipper’s Creek, Upper Shotover.
The application of Hacket and Manders, New Year’s Gift Company, for fourteen acres, three roods, and thirty perches of land, situate on the north side of Skipper’s Gully, Upper Shotover.
