His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman as a public sitting of
this Honorable Court for Arthur Orbell, a bankrupt,
to pass his last examination, and make application for
his discharge under the provisions of “The Bankruptcy
Act 1867.”

Peter Cartwright has been adjudicated a bankrupt,
and that a meeting of the creditors of the said
bankrupt will be held at the Supreme Court House,
Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 11th day of August, 1868,
for the purpose of appointing a person to be trustee
of the estate and effects of the said bankrupt, and that
the said bankrupt shall surrender at the time, hour, and
place aforesaid.

Bowen, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand,
do hereby fix and appoint that sittings of the District
Court of the Otago Gold Fields, additional to those
already appointed, shall be held as follows:—
In the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Lawrence, on
the second Tuesday in October next.
In the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Naseby, on the
second Wednesday in November next.
In the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Clyde, on the
Monday next after the second Wednesday in November
next.
In the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Queenstown,
on the Monday second after the second Wednesday in
November next.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor
this sixteenth day of July, one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-eight.
