In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
Otago and Southland District.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that William Alexander Caldwell, of Green Island, in the Province of Otago, Builder, has been adjudicated a bankrupt, and that a meeting of the creditors of the said bankrupt will be held in the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, upon Tuesday, the 19th day of May instant, at the hour of 10 in the forenoon, for the purpose of appointing a person to be trustee of the estate and effects of the said bankrupt, and that the said bankrupt shall surrender at the time, hour, and place aforesaid.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that George Lamb, of Dunedin, Shipping Agent, has this day filed a declaration of insolvency, pursuant to the “Bankruptcy Act 1867,” in the Supreme Court at Dunedin.
