NOTICE.
IN RE “The Bankruptcy Act, 1867.” HUGH McLEAN, of Wallacetown, Invercargill, in the Province of Southland, in the Otago and Southland District of the Colony of New Zealand, Farmer, a Debtor, (not adjudged Bankrupt), has this day executed and filed in the office at Dunedin, of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, (Otago and Southland District), a Deed of Arrangement, of this day’s date, whereby he conveyed and assigned unto William Henry Calder, of Invercargill aforesaid, Merchant, all his estate and effects, for distribution amongst and for the equal benefit of all his Creditors, in conformity with the provisions of the said Act.
Dated this 11th day of May, 1868.
