NOTICE TO APPLICANTS FOR UNSURVEYED LAND,
under “Otago Waste Land Act, 1866.”
It is hereby notified to the Applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that the Waste Land Board has declared them to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite to their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Dunedin, on or before Wednesday, the 25th day of March, 1868, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled, and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

OBJECTIONS TO APPLICATION FOR PASTORAL LEASE.
Notice is hereby given that the objections to the granting of a Pastoral Lease to Messrs Low & M’Gregor, at the Mavora Lake, will be heard at a meeting of the Waste Land Board to be held here on Wednesday, the 25th instant, at 12 o’clock noon.

IN CONFORMITY with the 29th Section of the “Gold Fields Act, 1866,” it is hereby notified that it is intended to grant a lease, for gold mining purposes, of Crown Lands to the undermentioned:—

In the matter of MARK CHARLES GATCHELL, of South Tokomairiro, in the Province of Otago, Farmer, a Debtor, and in the matter of “The Bankruptcy Act, 1867.”
NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named Mark Charles Gatchell has been this day adjudicated a Bankrupt, and that he is required to surrender on Wednesday, the eleventh day of March instant, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon. And notice is hereby further given that the first meeting of the creditors of the said bankrupt is appointed to be held at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on the day and at the hour aforesaid.
