\nto the provisions of the "Bankruptcy Act, 1867," by JOHN
\nADAMS, of Dunedin, grocer, that he is in insolvent
\ncircumstances, and unable to meet his engagements with
\nhis creditors.

\nDunstan, has this day been dissolved.
\nThe business will in future be carried on as usual by
\nJames Hazlett, who will pay and receive all
\nmoneys due to the late firm.
