In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862," the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865," and the "Debtors and Creditors Acts Amendment Act, 1866."

Monday, the twenty-seventh day of January, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

UPON reading the Petition, and Schedules, and Affidavits filed herein, and the Order made herein on the thirteenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, directing that George Brodie, of Dunedin, Inspector in Bankruptcy, should be appointed Sole Trustee of the estate and effects of the said debtor, and that all the real and personal estate of the said debtor which should rest in the said George Brodie by virtue of his said appointment should be held by him upon and for the trusts and purposes in the said Order set forth; and upon hearing Mr. Dempsey of Counsel for the abovenamed debtor, it is ordered that the said Solomon Joseph be, and he is hereby declared to be absolutely released and discharged from all his debts and engagements set forth in the schedule of debts annexed to his said petition.

  2. The place of operation is at Mount Ida.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is £2,400 in 240 Shares of £10 each.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Alfred James Samuel Headland, and Neil M’Cowan, in the trade or business of storekeepers, at Oamaru, under the firm of “Headland and M’Cowan,” was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and in future the business will be carried on by the said Alfred James Samuel Headland on his separate account, who will pay and receive all debts owing from and to the said partnership in the regular course of trade.
