NOTICE
Of Closing certain Roads in the Southbridge Road District.
WHEREAS it is intended to stop up those Roads which are described in the Schedule hereunder written, and which are also delineated on the map or plan mentioned and referred to in the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1865,” a copy of which map or plan is deposited at the Public School of Tokomairiro :
Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in me in this behalf by the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1865,” do hereby give notice that all persons objecting to the stopping up of the said Roads, or any of them, are required to set forth a statement in writing of any well-grounded objection they may have to the stopping up of the said Roads, and to leave such statements addressed to me at my office in Dunedin, within sixty days from the date hereof, otherwise such objections shall not be considered by me.
SCHEDULE.
Southbridge Road District.

Seventeen chains in length, sixty links wide, from District Road on Section 11, Block XXXV, Tokomairiro Survey District, to road line between Blocks XXXV and XXXI. Boundaries: north-west and north, Sections 11 and 12, Block XXXV; south and south-east, Section 29, Block I, Kaitangata.

Twenty-five chains in length, sixty links wide, from Main South Road on Section 7, Block XXXIX, Tokomairiro, to District Road on Section 1, Block X, North Tuakitoto. Boundaries: north, Section 7, Block XXXIX, and Section 6, Block XXXVIII, Tokomairiro; south by Section 2 and part of 1 and 3, Block X, North Tuakitoto.
Dated at Dunedin, this twenty-third day of December, 1867.

133 chains twenty links in length, sixty links wide, from Block line between I and IV, Tuakitoto, to Block XXXVIII, Tokomairiro. Boundaries: north-west, Section 1, Block X, and Block V, Tuakitoto; south-east, Sections 13 and 16, Block XXXVIII, Tokomairiro, and Block IV, Tuakitoto.

Forty nine chains seventy-five links in length, sixty links wide, from West Tokomairiro Coal Reserve to Block IV, North Tuakitoto. Boundaries: north-east, part Block X; south-west, Block V, Tuakitoto.
Dated at Dunedin, this twenty-third day of December, 1867.
