GOVERNMENT SALE OF RECLAIMED LAND, DUNEDIN.
NOTICE.—There will be Sold, by Public Auction,
on the Reclaimed Ground, Dunedin, on Thurs-
day, the 21st day of December, 1867, commencing at
one o’clock afternoon, the Leases of the following Lots
of Land, &c., viz:
South of Jetty Street.
Five lots having a frontage of 33 feet to Bond street,
by depths varying from 70 to 90 feet toward Princes
street; being Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block
XXXIX, on Reclaimed Ground, City of Dunedin.
One lot having a frontage of 46 feet to Bond street,
by a depth of 59 feet toward Princes street, being Sec-
tion 6, Block XXXIX, Reclaimed Ground, City of
Dunedin.
North of Jetty Street.
Three lots having frontages of 41 feet, 55 feet and
56 feet to Bond and Crawford-streets, by a depth of 81
feet, being Sections Nos. 12, 13 and 15, Block XXXVIII,
Reclaimed Ground, City of Dunedin.
There is an iron Bonded Store on each of Sections
12 and 13, and the Harbor Chambers is on a portion of
the same Sections, which will be sold with the land.
Further information will be given before the sale.

NOTICE TO THE LICENSEE HOLDERS
TUTURAU HUNDRED.—Returns of all stock
depastured on Tuturau Hundred, and also assessments
on said stock, required to be paid to the Wardens on or
before December 20th, otherwise immediate steps will
be taken to compel the same.
Assessments, two shillings and sixpence for great, and
sixpence per head for small cattle.

NOTICE TO LOCAL ROAD BOARDS.
John Hardy, Land and Road Agent and Surveyor,
Dunedin, is prepared to act for Local Boards and country
settlers generally, in all the business connected with
the General Road Board, the Education Board, or the
Provincial Government.
Dunedin, 16th July, 1867.
£2 REWARD.
STOLEN OR STRAYED from my paddock in
Green Island, one bay mare, branded A. on near
shoulder. Whoever will return the same will receive
the above reward if strayed, and if stolen, £5 on con-
viction of the thief.
