In the Wardens’ Court of the Dunstan District, sitting at Clyde, and in the matter of the “Goldfields Act, 1866.”
Dissolution of Gold Mining partnerships between Constantine Calvert, complainant, and Samuel Byford, defendant.
DECREE of Dissolution of partnership having been pronounced herein by the Judge of the Wardens’ Court at Clyde on 29th October, 1867, all the property of the said partnership estate, consisting of water-race, held under license No. 1302 (Clyde, 16th June, 1867) claim, plant, &c., (according to inventory) will be sold by Public Auction at the sale rooms of Messrs Cope and Fache, Clyde, on the 11th of November, 1867.
As claims against the estate will not be acknowledged after the sale as aforesaid, persons having such are notified to render them to the undersigned without delay.
