SALE of CROWN LANDS of special value under Clause No. 64 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1866.”—Notice is hereby given, that the following Sections of BUSH LAND in Waikouaiti, Block 1, situate between Blueskin Bay and the Waikouaiti Maori Reserve, will be sold by Wright, Robertson and Company, Manse-street, in their Sale Rooms Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of October next, at 12 o’clock, noon. NOTICE TO RUNHOLDERS IN THE PROVINCE OF OTAGO.—Return of Stock and Payment of Assessment.

The Runholders in the Province of Otago are reminded that a Return of Great and Small Cattle depastured on the Lands comprised in their leases must be lodged at the Land Office in the month of September of each year, in terms of Clause LXX of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1866,” and that the Assessment of sevenpence per head for Small Cattle and three shillings and sixpence per head for Great Cattle, must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, on the first day of October thereafter, or their Runs will be inevitably forfeited.
