APPLICATIONS
Applications having been received to purchase the undermentioned Sections, Notice is hereby given that they will be sold under the 27th clause of the Otago Waste Lands Act, 1866, to the present applicants at the prices affixed, unless applications shall have been received before the 23rd day of September next from other persons desirous of purchasing the said Sections.
Town of Oamaru—Sections 16, Block 83; 4 and 5, Block 70; 16, Block 44; 20, Block 19; 6 and 7, Block 78; 20, Block 17; 20, Block 20; at £12 10s. each section.
Town of Otrum—Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, Block 9, at £5 each Section.
Town of Balclutha—Section 4, Block 8, at £12 10s.
IMPOUNDED
On the 30th day of August, 1867, by
John McGlashan, 1 yellow and white cow, F B off rump; 1 yellow and white cow, blotch on near ribs and O off rump; 1 yellow calf, progeny of the above cow; 1 brindle heifer, branded A near rump, owners unknown, for trespassing on Berwood Station, for which thirty shillings damages per head is claimed, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at West Taieri, on Friday, the 27th day of September, 1867, at 12 o'clock noon.

Mr. John Andrews, one white cow, down horns, ear marked, branded AT off rump; one red steer, white spot top of rump, no brand; one yellow steer, indistinct brand near ribs; one red heifer, white spots, no brand; one brindle and white spotted cow, top off off ear; branded like ID off rump; one black heifer, no brand; owner unknown; for trespassing on cultivation paddock, for which no damages are claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at East Taieri on Friday, the 4th day of October, 1867, at 12 o'clock noon.
