the Hundreds of Dunedin, East Taieri, West Taieri, Waihola, South Tokomairiro, East Clutha, West Clutha, at the upset price of 10s. per acre.

Notice is hereby given that a sale by public auction of the unsold Surveyed Land in the above Hundreds will take place in the Sale Rooms of Messrs. Driver, McLean and Co., High street, Dunedin, on the following dates, viz:—

The Lands in the Hundreds of Dunedin and East Taieri, on Monday, the 12th August, at 12 o’clock noon.

The Lands in the Hundreds of West Taieri and Waihola, on Tuesday, the 13th August, at 12 o’clock noon.

The Lands in the Hundreds of South Tokomairiro and North Tokomairiro, on Wednesday, the 14th August, at 12 o’clock noon.

The Lands in the Hundreds of East and West Clutha, on Thursday, the 15th August, at 12 o’clock noon.

A list of the Sections to be offered for sale, appeared in Gazette of 10th July, and in the Supplement to the Gazette, of 17th July, 1867, and may be had at the Land Office, or from the Auctioneers.
