IMPOUNDED on the 21st day of May, 1867, by Constable Patrick Caffey, One Bay Mare, white spot on forehead, black points, indistinct brand on near shoulder; owner unknown; for trespassing on Castle street, Dunedin, and in default of being released, the above mare will be sold at the Public Pound at North Dunedin, on the 12th day of June, 1867, at 12 o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED on the 22nd day of May, 1867, by Alexander Annan, Esq., one Red and White Steer, branded like A F on off rump; owner unknown; trespassing on paddock at Hawksbury, for which Ten shillings damages are claimed, and in default of being released, the above Steer will be sold at the Public Pound at Hawksbury, on Friday, the 21st day of June, 1867, at 12 o’clock noon.
