NOTICE is Hereby Given that a sitting of this
Court will be helden at the Court House, Dunedin, on Saturday, the first day of June next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business: Notice is hereby further given that the Court will be adjourned until Monday, the third day of June next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, on which last mentioned date all persons under Recognizance to appear as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are hereby required to give their attendance.
