[WITH SUPPLEMENT.]

The Notice which appeared at the top of the first column of page 83 of last week’s Gazette has been cancelled, in consequence of the word ‘Hamilton’ having been printed for ‘Alexandra.’ The notice should have been as follows:

ALEXANDRA CEMETERY MANAGERS.—His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has been pleased to appoint the following persons—

Mr. Robert Finlay
Mr. Lawrence Gubbins Ryan
Mr. James Rivers
Mr. William Theyers
Mr. William Beresford
Mr. James Samson

to be managers of the Reserve set aside for the purpose of a Public Cemetery in the Town of Alexandra, by the “Cemeteries Ordinance, 1865.”

WAIPORI CEMETERY MANAGERS.—His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has been pleased to appoint the following persons—

Terence Gormly
Benjamin Lewis
William Farrant
Thomas Reynolds
Robert Buchanan
Claudius Beresford Cairnes
Andrew Lees
Henry Cable

to be Managers of the Reserves set aside by the “Cemeteries Ordinance, 1863,” for the purpose of a Public Cemetery in Waipori District, being all that area containing by admeasurement four acres two roods and twenty-five poles (more or less), being section numbered three of thirty-nine, block two, Maungatna District, and marked Cemetery Reserve, as delineated on the Record Map of the said district deposited in the Provincial Survey Office for the Province of Otago.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of this Court will be held at the Court House, Dunedin, on Monday, the 6th day of May next, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of transacting all business arising out of the Debtors and Creditors’ Acts.
