SCHEDULE.
Signal Hill Road District shall comprise all that area commencing at the northern angle of Section 36, Block IX, North Harbor and Blueskin Survey District; and bounded on the north-west by Sections 80, 78, 76, 74, 72, 70, 68, 66, 64, 62, 60, 58, 56, 54, 52, 50, 48, 46, 44, 42, 40, 38, 36, 34, 32, 30, 28, 26, 24, 22, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, and 116, North-East Valley Survey District; on the south by a portion of the Dunedin Town Belt, and Sections 51 and 53, Block IX, North Harbor and Blueskin Survey District; on the south-east and east by Sections 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, and 33, said Block IX, North Harbor and Blueskin, to starting point.

PROCLAMATION.
Boundaries of North-east Harbor and Anderson’s Bay Road Districts altered.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS by an Ordinance passed by the Superintendent and Provincial Council of the Province of Otago, intituled the “Otago Roads Ordinance, 1865,” it is amongst other things enacted, that until otherwise provided, pursuant to the provisions of the said Ordinance, there should be sixty-one districts, which should be named as specified in the Schedule to the said Ordinance annexed, marked B: And it is also by the said Ordinance provided that it should be lawful for the Superintendent, with the advice and consent of the General Road Board, from time to time, by proclamation in the Gazette, to alter, vary, diminish, or enlarge the boundaries of any or all of such districts:
And whereas it is expedient to alter the boundaries of the North-east Harbor and Anderson’s Bay Road Districts in manner hereinafter described;
Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, with the advice and consent of the Otago General Road Board, do hereby proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the said North-east Harbor and Anderson’s Bay Road Districts shall, from the day of the date hereof, be altered and extended, and that the boundaries of the North-east Harbor and Anderson’s Bay Road Districts shall henceforth be as follows, that is to say—
North-east Harbor Road District shall comprise all that area commencing at the north-west angle of Section 5, Upper Harbor East Survey District; thence following Otago Harbour line southerly to the south-east angle of Section 13 (Quarry Reserve), Block V, Anderson’s Bay Survey District; thence bounded on the south and south-east by Sections 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block V, Anderson’s Bay Survey District; thence by Sections 1 and 2, Block VIII, Anderson’s Bay Survey District; thence by Applications 1326, 1522, and 419, Block I, Otago Peninsula Survey District, to the boundary line between Sections 44 and 45, Upper Harbor East Survey District; on the east by a continuation of that line to Main Portobello Road; thence on the south-east by the said Portobello Road to the south-east angle of Section 59, Block II, Otago Peninsula Survey District; thence on the north-east by Sections 58, 57, 56, 55, 54, 53, 52, 22, 2, 1, and Application 1285, and Application 1184, Block II, Otago Peninsula Survey...
Anderson’s Bay Road District shall comprise all that area commencing at the eastern angle of Section 45, Upper Harbor East Survey District, and bounded on the east by the continuation of the boundary line between Sections 44 and 45 to road line between Section 41, Block III, Tomahawk Survey District, and Section 24, Block I, Otago Peninsula Survey District; on the south-east by that road line to Section 22, Block VIII, Anderson’s Bay Survey District; thence along north-eastern boundary of Sections 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, and 17, said Block VIII; thence along north-western boundary of said Section 17 and its continuation in same direction to the Lagoon; thence by Lagoon to the northern boundary of Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District; thence by said northern boundary to road line at southern angle of Application 2494; thence on the south-west by a continuation of that road line to Dunedin Town Belt; on the north-west by said Dunedin Town Belt to Otago Harbour; thence following beach line of said Otago Harbour in an easterly direction to south-east angle of Section 13 (Quarry Reserve), Block V, Anderson’s Bay Survey District; thence on the north and north-west by the south and south-eastern boundaries of the North-east Harbor Road District to starting point at eastern angle of Section 45, Upper Harbor East Survey District.

NOTIFICATION
Of the Establishment of a Public Pound at Pomahaka.
Superintendent’s Office,
Dunedin, 9th March, 1867.
NOTICE is hereby given, that by virtue of the powers vested in me by the “Impounding Ordinance, 1862,” I have established a Public Pound, situate in the district of Pomahaka, in the Province of Otago, and being the stockyard on the Government Reserve at Popotunoa, in the said Province; and that I have appointed Mr. THOMAS POLLOCK, of Popotunoa aforesaid, settler, to be keeper of the said Pound.

NOTICES
SIGNAL HILL ROAD DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of persons liable to be rated within the above-named District, will be held on Tuesday, 26th March, 1867, at 7 o’clock p.m., at the house of Mr. Switzer, for the purpose of meeting five qualified persons to serve as a Local Board of Road Trustees for the ensuing year, ending June.

His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has been pleased to appoint the following persons, viz.—
