THE following Schedule of charges for the Storage of Powder in the Magazine at Lawrence, Tuapeka, is published for general information.

I, THE Undersigned Amos Alexander Neill, hereby make application to register the "Mountain Water Race Company, Registered," under the provisions of the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely :—
- The name and style of the Company is the "Mountain Water Race Company."
- The place of operations is at St. Bathans.
- The nominal Capital of the Company is four thousand pounds (£4000), in ten (10) Shares of four hundred pounds (£400).
