Mounted Constable J. ALBERT, No. 206, to be Inspector of Slaughter Yards, and of Cattle intended for Slaughter for the Dunedin District, vice Kingcombe, discharged.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership at one time subsisting between us, DENNIS HEENAN and DANIEL HEENAN, as Hotelkeepers, at and in the British Hotel, in George-street, Dunedin, and as carriers, was upon the 11th day of April, 1865, in accordance with certain terms set forth in a deed of partnership made between us, and by mutual consent, dissolved as and from that date.
