In Re ROGERS, deceased.

WHEREAS an application for Crown Grants for Sections 1, 2, and 4, Block XII, Town of Oamaru, has been made by John Rogers of Alvediston, Wilts., England, claiming to be Heir-at-Law of William Goddard Rogers, who was the purchaser from the Crown of said Sections: Notice is hereby given that I have appointed Thursday, the 17th day of May, at 12 o’clock noon, at my office, for the purpose of hearing and determining the claim of the said John Rogers, when all persons claiming any interest in the said Sections are required to attend at that time and place, and state the grounds of their claim.

MacDonnell, hereby make application to register the “Alexandra Quartz Mining Company, Registered,” under the provisions of the “Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is the “Alexandra Quartz Mining Company, Registered.”
The place of operations is at Skipper’s, Wakatipu District.
The nominal capital of the Company is five thousand six hundred pounds in fourteen hundred shares of four pounds each.
The amount already paid up is one hundred and seventy-five pounds.
