PROCLAMATION
Of Limits and Boundaries of Ports and Harbors in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand.
By his Honor THOMAS DICK, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS by the "Marine Board Act, 1863," I, Thomas Dick, as Superintendent of the Province of Otago, am empowered and required amongst other things to define for the purposes of the said Act the limits of any Port within the said Province of Otago;—Now therefore I, the said Thomas Dick, as such Superintendent as aforesaid, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and define the limits of the several Ports hereinafter specified in manner following (that is to say)—
I. The Port of Dunedin shall comprise all navigable waters within the Harbor of Otago, between the Ocean Beach and the Otago Heads, and within a radius of three miles from Tairoa’s Head.
II. The Port of Oamaru shall comprise all navigable waters within a radius of three miles of the Flagstaff at the said Port.
III. The Port of Moeraki shall comprise all navigable waters within a radius of three miles of the Jetty at the said Port.
IV. The Port of Waikouaiti shall comprise all navigable waters within a radius of three miles of the Waikouaiti River.
V. The Port of Molyneux shall comprise all navigable waters within Molyneux Bay, and within a line drawn from the "Nuggetts" to "Coal Point."
VI. The Port of Waikawa shall comprise all navigable waters within a radius of three miles from the mouth of Waikawa River.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Otago, (L.S.) at Dunedin, this thirtieth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.

PROCLAMATION
Of Governor having assented to certain Ordinances.
By His Honor THOMAS DICK, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS in the twenty-first Session of the Provincial Council of the Province of Otago, held in the twenty-ninth year of the reign of her Majesty Queen Victoria, there were passed by the said Council the following Bills, that is to say—
"Oamaru Reserves Bill, 1865."
"Oamaru Mechanics Institute Reserve Management Bill, 1865."
"Frankton Mill Reserves Bill, 1865."
"Interpretation Bill, 1865."
"The Education Reserves Management and Leasing Bill, 1865."
"Otago Dock Trust Bill, 1865."
"Southern Trunk Railway Guaranteed Interest Bill, 1865."
And whereas the said Bills above-named were, upon the fifth day of January last, presented to the Superintendent of the Province of Otago for the assent of the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand: And whereas the said Superintendent did declare that he
