Mining Company Registration and Land Trust Notice




and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is “Skipper’s Quartz Mining Company,” Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at Scandinavian Reef, Skipper’s.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand five hundred pounds, in two thousand five hundred shares of five pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is four thousand two hundred and twenty-three pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Richard Creeth.

  6. The office of the Company is at Temple Chambers, Dunedin.

  7. The names and several residences of the Shareholders, and the number of Shares held by each at this date, are as follows:—

TRUST FOR RELIGIOUS AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE PROVINCE OF OTAGO.

NOTICE is hereby given, that application will be made to the General Assembly at the ensuing Session thereof, for leave to bring in a Bill to better define the Trusts under which certain Lands within the Province of Otago, specified in the Schedule hereunder written, are now held and administered by Trustees for Religious and Educational purposes, in connection with the Presbyterian Church of Otago, and to make further and better provision for the administration and management thereof.

And notice is hereby given, that copies of the said Bill will be deposited in the Private Bill Office, within fourteen days after the commencement of the said Session.
