TRUST FOR RELIGIOUS AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE PROVINCE OF OTAGO.
NOTICE is hereby given, that application will be made to the General Assembly at the ensuing Session thereof, for leave to bring in a Bill to better define the Trusts under which certain Lands within the Province of Otago, specified in the Schedule hereunder written, are now held and administered by Trustees for Religious and Educational purposes, in connection with the Presbyterian Church of Otago, and to make further and better provision for the administration and management thereof.
And notice is hereby given, that copies of the said Bill will be deposited in the Private Bill Office, within fourteen days after the commencement of the said Session.
