depasturing, or be, a Return of the Cattle above Three Months old owned by him, or under his charge, within such district, and shall append thereto a declaration that such Return is true to the best of his belief; and every such person neglecting to make such Return or Declaration, or making a false Return or Declaration shall forfeit and pay a penalty of not under Ten or not more than Fifty Pounds; and the Return and Declaration shall be in the form set forth in the Schedule hereto annexed.

TO THE INHABITANTS OF QUEENSTOWN.

NOTICE is hereby given, that in pursuance of the provisions of the "Education Ordinance, 1864," a public meeting of the owners and occupiers of land and householders in the district of Queenstown and vicinity, will be held in the School-house there, upon Tuesday, the 7th day of March, 1865, at half-past six o’clock p.m., to consider and declare whether the said locality shall be formed into an Educational District under the "Education Ordinance, 1864," and to elect a School Committee for the current year.
